Shipping costs

• Please refer to the respective product page for delivery time, availability and any exceptions.
• For the payment method prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment instruction, for other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract.
• If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
• In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.
• In the event of non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case we will inform you immediately and refund already received payments without delay.

• The exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed in the shopping cart.
• Promotional items that we ship free of charge within Germany are marked accordingly.
• For items that require individual shipment due to their nature or packaging, higher shipping costs may apply. These will be displayed in the shopping cart.
• Islands are excluded from the free-house rule for freight forwarding deliveries within Germany. We will gladly inform you in advance about any additional costs for island deliveries.
• For orders placed by telephone, fax or email as well as B2B, we charge € 9.90 per parcel, freight forwarding according to effort.
• Freight shipments with a destination outside Germany or Austria must be calculated individually. You will be informed during the order process and can send us your shopping cart as an inquiry. We will then make you an appropriate offer.
• For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.
• The weights are displayed on the product pages and in the shopping cart. For single weights over 30 kg, parcel shipping is no longer possible.
• Heavier shipments with single items below 30 kg will be split into several parcels. No additional costs will arise for you within Germany.
